The Broadview Addition was a full-scale home renovation focused on redefining functionality, flow, and comfort for modern family living. This 2,200 sq. ft. transformation reimagined the entire main floor while adding a private and thoughtfully designed primary suite at the rear of the home.
From structural layout improvements to custom finishes throughout, every detail was carefully planned to elevate both aesthetics and daily usability.
Design approach
This project centered on opening the home to natural light while creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
We reconfigured the main floor layout to eliminate visual barriers and improve circulation between living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Expansive glazing and large sliding doors were introduced to brighten the interiors and connect the home directly to the backyard. Material selections focused on durability and timeless appeal — ensuring the home remains both beautiful and functional for years to come.
The renovation opened up the previously segmented layout, creating a cohesive open-concept living environment. From sunlight-optimized facades to pedestrian-friendly pathways, Sunrise is a statement of how architecture can bring human and environmental needs together.
